One person, one enrollment
An enrollment is for one person. Do not share your sign-in. Your school account can be open on two devices at a time.
The lessons are for your own use
The lessons, diagrams and knowledge checks are for you to read and use in your own work. Do not copy, share, resell or post them, and do not use them to make a competing course.
What you make is yours
What you make with the tools belongs to you: your packages, Loan Request Summaries, calculator results, lender matrix and fee agreements. Use them freely with your clients.
Downloads
The downloads are worksheets and checklists for your own use. Print them, fill them in and keep them.
If the lessons are shared
If we find that school content has been distributed, we may end that enrollment, without a refund.
Education, not advice
The school is educational content only. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Rules, forms and fees change; check the current version with the agency or the lender.
Refunds
A 14-day guarantee on either option: cancel within 14 days of purchase, having completed no more than three lessons, and we refund the full amount less a $50 processing fee.
Your website
With the school plus website option, your website is included for 12 months and then continues at $99 a month unless you cancel. The Broker Websites terms cover the website.
